The total retail sales of consumer goods grew by 10.1 percent. The prefectural culture and tourism development conference was held, naming the first batch of 10 well-known tourism townships in Liangshan and 20 distinctive tourism townships. Two 4A national scenic spots were created. Xichang was inscribed in the first batch of Tianfu tourism famous counties. The total tourism revenue in the prefecture reached 53.02 billion yuan, an increase of 21.4 percent. The value of e-commerce transactions, the added value of the financial industry, the total value of social logistics goods, and the areas of commercial housing sales grew by 2.8 percent, 10.6 percent, 7.5 percent and 24.5 percent respectively. The grain yield was 2.452 million tons, and the production of potatoes and tobacco leaves was always the No. 1 throughout the province. Twenty-nine provincial level modern agriculture and forestry industrial parks, 64 demonstration bases for agricultural science and technology, and 65 primary processing facilities for agricultural products in their places of origin were newly built. The silkworm cocoon in Liangshan was inscribed in the list of the third batch of advantageous areas for distinctive agricultural products in China. All efforts were made to prevent and control African swine fever and to ensure live pig production and supply, and hog production recovered steadily. New progress was made in financial revenue and expenditure. The pressure from greater tax reduction and exemption to increase income was effectively managed, and the general public budget revenue reached 15.36 billion yuan, up by 5.1 percent. Of it, the tax revenue was 9.89 billion yuan, accounting for 64.4 percent, which was 1.9 percentage points in the increase of the proportion. The general public budget expenditure reached 73.68 billion yuan, hitting a new record high.
